你主动发送支持邮件时，我们会收到你的邮箱地址和邮件中提供的信息，并用于答复问题和处理支持请求。邮件由邮箱服务商处理。请只提供解决问题所必需的信息，不发送密码、验证码、完整收据、支付令牌或私人牌局日志。
保留与请求

Website access
This website serves static support and contact pages. It has no user account, online form, advertisements or analytics scripts. Tencent Cloud hosts the pages. Delivery, security and operations may involve IP addresses, request times and browser information, handled by Tencent Cloud under its service and privacy rules.
Email support
When you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include, and use it to answer and handle your request. The email provider processes these messages. Send only what is needed to resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full receipts, payment tokens or private game logs.
Retention and requests
Support messages and necessary handling records are retained only as needed to resolve requests and satisfy applicable retention requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact below. We will verify and handle requests, except for records required to be retained. Apple manages store transaction records under its own rules. This website does not process payments or store purchase receipts.
